What is ConnecThrive and who can use it?

ConnecThrive is a learning and development platform connecting coaches, mentors and trainers with clients, mentees and participants. Individuals, organizations, managers, students and professionals can benefit from the platform.

What services are offered?

We offer Coaching (live), Mentoring (live) and Training (live, self-paced, hybrid) services. Details are available on each program page.

How are professionals vetted?

Prospective professionals go through profile review and document verification. Approved experts join the ConnecThrive Professionals Network.

Can I leave a review on the website?

Yes. You can rate and review the professional and the program you purchased. You may also send feedback to info@connecthrive.com.

Service Receivers (Clients / Mentees / Participants)

General Information

ConnecThrive connects coaches, mentors and trainers with clients, mentees and participants. It is built for individuals and organizations that want awareness, growth and transformation, as well as for professionals who want to create value through sharing their expertise.

Available Services

  • Coaching: experience coaching, mentor coaching, parenting coaching, relationship coaching, career coaching, student coaching, sports coaching, life coaching, agile coaching, team coaching and executive coaching.
  • Mentoring: career and professional development, leadership and management, entrepreneurship and innovation, technology and digital transformation, and corporate expertise areas.
  • Training: wellbeing, personal development, leadership and management competencies, organizational development and transformation, technical / functional skills, compliance and legal obligations, and foreign languages.

How professionals are selected and reviewed

Coaches, mentors and trainers apply through a review process that checks their profile, experience and documents. You can review the professional and the program you purchased and leave feedback.

Account creation and management

  • You do not need to register just to browse the platform.
  • Registration is required to buy services, message professionals, schedule sessions and access asynchronous content.
  • Organizations can register as both service receivers and service providers.
  • You can delete your account from the Settings section.

Choosing and using a service

  • Use detailed profiles, search, category filters and program details to find the best fit.
  • You can message a professional and request a free introductory consultation.
  • After purchase, the professional receives the notification and contacts you within 2 business days.
  • Live sessions can be held via Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime or in person; the platform integrates with Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Self-paced training appears in My Trainings, where videos, interactive content, documents, tasks and quizzes are shown in one flow. Progress is saved automatically and certificates are issued if configured.
  • You can review satisfaction, track your progress in the dashboard and request a review if the experience is not satisfactory.

Support, payment and invoices

  • Refresh the page, check your connection, try another browser or contact support via info@connecthrive.com and WhatsApp +90 533 560 84 34.
  • Payments are handled securely through iyzico with credit / debit cards.
  • Invoices are issued by ConnecThrive after the service is completed, in line with applicable regulations.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Services are personal and non-transferable.
  • For self-paced digital content, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
  • For live services, a 14-day withdrawal right is available if the service has not started; once the session starts, refunds are not available.
  • If you believe a service was incomplete or defective, you can contact us in writing within 48 hours after the session.

Service Providers (Coaches / Mentors / Trainers)

Everything professionals need to join the network, define services and manage delivery.

General Information

ConnecThrive Professionals are experienced coaches, mentors and trainers who create value through their expertise. The platform supports both live one-to-one experiences and digital asynchronous journeys. Organizations may also join as both service receivers and service providers.

Joining the network

  • Apply via the Join Us form or the registration checkbox for coach / mentor / trainer.
  • Applications are reviewed within 72 hours and a response is sent via info@connecthrive.com.
  • Approved professionals are added to the ConnecThrive Professionals Network.

Defining services and profile setup

  • Add coaching, mentoring, training and consulting services to the system.
  • Define service scope, delivery model (live / asynchronous / hybrid), duration, method, target audience, outcomes and pricing.
  • Build a detailed profile with experience, certificates, services and a promo video.

Managing live delivery

  • Purchase notifications are sent automatically.
  • You must contact the client within 48 hours after notification.
  • Schedule sessions with the platform calendar and digital tools.
  • For group sessions, you can publish dates and times yourself; for one-to-one sessions, you can agree on timing together.
  • Introductory meetings are optional but recommended for trust and fit.

Asynchronous and hybrid programs

  • Upload videos, interactive e-learning modules, documents, tasks and exams.
  • Hybrid programs can combine live sessions with digital content.
  • The system is designed to deliver a complete learning and development journey.

Communication, satisfaction and performance

  • Use in-platform messaging or direct contact details to answer questions, plan introductory calls and clarify program details.
  • You can view client reviews and add surveys at the end of a program.
  • If a client behaves inappropriately, you can ask for the case to be reviewed.
  • The dashboard provides detailed data for both received and delivered services.
  • A single profile can be used both as a service provider and as a service receiver.

Fees, payouts and invoicing

  • You set the price of your program; ConnecThrive does not interfere with pricing policy.
  • ConnecThrive charges a 30% intermediary service fee on the service fee amount excluding VAT.
  • Payouts are released after service completion, platform settlement, the 48-hour objection period and invoicing steps.
  • To receive payout, you need to issue an invoice to ConnecThrive or complete the required expense note process where applicable.

Digital Learning Experience (LMS)

  • Supports video courses, interactive e-learning modules, documents, tasks and quizzes / exams.
  • Brings synchronous, asynchronous and hybrid learning together in one infrastructure.
  • Professionals can productize their expertise while learners move at their own pace.

Communication, planning and tracking

Service receivers and providers can communicate through the in-platform messaging tool, plan live meetings with the digital calendar and keep session notes and records.

Google Meet & Zoom integration

ConnecThrive is integrated with Google Meet and Zoom, so online sessions can be planned and run directly through these tools.

Digital certificate

Completed programs can automatically generate a digital participation certificate that is stored on the user profile.

Feedback and satisfaction

  • Both service receivers and professionals can evaluate each session or program.
  • Feedback improves service quality, performance analysis and user experience.

Gamification and dashboard

  • Users earn ThriveCoin from platform activity and can spend it on purchases or campaign benefits.
  • Detailed dashboards and reports make it easy to track process, activity and performance.
