All coaches, mentors and trainers who apply to join the ConnecThrive Professionals Network go through a careful evaluation process that includes profile review, experience checks and document verification. Professionals whose applications are approved are added to the ConnecThrive Professionals Network.
Can I leave a review on the website?
Yes, you can.
You can rate and review the professional you worked with and the program you purchased.
You can also send any comments and suggestions you want to share with us to the email address [email protected], or use the form opened by the "Contact Us" button on the homepage.

Do I have to register?
You do not need to register in order to access the website and review the services offered.
However, to purchase a service, message professionals, schedule sessions / meetings, access asynchronous content and manage and track your development journey with digital tools, you need to register on the platform.
Can organizations register as well?
Yes. Organizations can also register on the platform as both "Service Receivers" and "Service Providers" and benefit from ConnecThrive’s services and digital solutions.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the "Settings" section.

- Detailed Profile Review Each professional’s experience, areas of expertise, certificates, approach, service scope and pricing information are clearly shown in their profile. This makes it easy to compare the person that best matches your needs and expectations.
- Fast Filtering with the Search Bar By typing keywords into the search bar (for example, leadership coaching, career mentor, personal development), you can instantly reach relevant results.
- Category and Navigation Convenience The sub-headings in the coaching, mentoring and training categories let you filter according to your needs, expectations and interests.
- Exploring Development Programs Programs in synchronous, asynchronous and hybrid models are displayed with detailed information such as content scope, target outcomes and user reviews. This helps you choose a program that fits both your needs and your learning style.
- Clarifying Through a Message If you want, you can message the professional to see whether the service is a good fit for you and request a free introductory consultation.
Can I have a free introductory consultation?
Yes. After registering on the platform, you can send a message to the professional providing the service and request a free introductory consultation.
How can I purchase services?
You can easily purchase the offered services by clicking the "Buy Program" button and paying with fast and secure payment methods.
How do I schedule synchronous sessions / meetings?
The notification about the service you purchased is sent automatically to the professional providing the service. After receiving the purchase notification, the professional contacts you within 2 business days at the latest.
You can then plan the sessions together with the professional through the platform’s digital tools, and track the process and keep records through the calendar and digital tools.
Where are synchronous sessions / meetings held?
Sessions / meetings can be held through an online video-conferencing tool determined by the professional or agreed jointly by the professional and the service receiver (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.), or at a physical location.
- The platform is integrated with Google Meet and Zoom. Online sessions / meetings can be run directly through Google Meet and Zoom via the platform’s digital solutions.
The location / method of the synchronous service is shown in the information provided in the professional’s program, or can be clarified through direct communication.
How do I access and complete asynchronous digital content?
Thanks to ConnecThrive’s Learning Management System (LMS), you can access asynchronous trainings anytime and from any device with an internet connection.
The process works like this:

When the program is purchased, the content is assigned to your account. When you buy a program that includes asynchronous content, those materials are automatically added to the "My Trainings" area in your profile.

You complete the content at your own pace. Thanks to the asynchronous structure, you can move through the learning and development materials in the order you want, or follow the program design’s guidance, at your own pace.

Your progress is saved automatically. The LMS infrastructure automatically records how much of the videos you watched, which assignments you completed and your exam results. You can continue from where you left off in unfinished programs, and you can revisit completed programs anytime.

Assignments and exams reinforce learning and support lasting retention. Some programs may include assignments or exams. By completing them, you can review your progress and revisit the necessary trainings based on your learning needs.

Your digital certificate is created when the program is completed. If a certificate is defined for the program, once you complete all modules the program automatically changes to "Completed" status and your digital certificate is added to your profile.
Can I evaluate the synchronous / asynchronous program I purchased after it ends?
Yes, you can.
With the satisfaction survey, you can objectively evaluate the program you purchased and / or the professional who provided the service, and write your comments.
How do I track process, activity and performance?
By clicking the "My Dashboard" button in the "Client / Mentee / Participant" panel of your profile, you can access detailed data about both the services you provide and the services you receive.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the service I purchased?
You can share your experience with us and request that the process be reviewed.

Is iyzico membership paid? No, it is completely free. You can sign up instantly through the iyzico mobile app or by tapping the image above.
What is Pay with iyzico? Pay with iyzico, the easiest way to pay, lets you pay as quickly and securely as possible with your balance, bank card or bank transfer / EFT.
What is iyzico balance? iyzico balance is the amount that lets you shop without needing a credit card. You can load money into your iyzico account via the mobile app, spend it as you wish, and withdraw the balance to your bank account if you want.
How do I add money to my iyzico account? In the iyzico mobile app, after tapping "Add Money", you can choose "Load with Card" or "Load with EFT / Bank Transfer". If you want to top up with a card, tap "Load with Card" and enter the amount you want to add. Then you can continue with one of your saved cards or add a new card and complete the top-up process. All transactions made with your card are reflected in your balance instantly, 24/7.
If you choose "Load with EFT / Bank Transfer", select your bank account and enter the amount you want to add. EFT / bank transfer top-ups are also reflected in your balance instantly.
When will the money I loaded into my iyzico account appear in my balance? Money you load with your card or via EFT / bank transfer is reflected in your balance immediately.
How do I spend the balance in my iyzico account? You can currently use the balance in your iyzico account on tens of thousands of sites; very soon, you will be able to pay with your balance on all websites that use iyzico payment infrastructure.
How do I withdraw money from my iyzico balance? From the iyzico mobile app, tap "Withdraw Money", enter the amount you want to withdraw, then enter the IBAN where you want the money to be sent. The amount you withdraw is reflected in your bank account on the next business day.

Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you can.
The invoice related to the service you purchased is issued by ConnecThrive after the service is completed, in line with the applicable legislation, and is sent to you.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Can I transfer the service I purchased to someone else?
Unfortunately, no. Services are personal.
Can I cancel / refund the service I purchased?
Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the type of service.
For asynchronous (digital content) services; if access to the content is provided together with payment, the right of withdrawal cannot be used and no refund is made.
For synchronous (live session / meeting) services; if the service has not started, the right of withdrawal can be used within 14 days. No refund is made once the session has been conducted or the service has started.
If you think the service was performed incompletely or defectively, you can contact us in writing within 48 hours after the session ends.

Who are ConnecThrive Professionals?
ConnecThrive Professionals are experienced coaches, mentors and trainers who create value and earn income by sharing their expertise through ConnecThrive.
How can I join the ConnecThrive Professionals Network?
After registering on the platform, you can apply either by filling out the form you access via the "Join Us" button or by ticking the "I want to register as a Coach / Mentor / Trainer" checkbox on the sign-up page and completing the form.
Your application is reviewed within 72 hours and you will receive a response via [email protected].
You can also find detailed information about the joining process by clicking the "See the Process" button under the "Coach / Mentor / Trainer" heading on the website’s "Process and Flow" page.
What services can I offer?
Depending on your area of expertise, you can offer coaching, mentoring and training services in different categories.
The platform is designed to support both synchronous, one-to-one experiences and asynchronous, digital-content-based learning and development journeys.
How do I create my detailed profile?
After your application to join the ConnecThrive Professionals Network is approved, you can create a profile that includes your experience, certificates, services you offer and your promotional video.

How do I define my services on the platform?
After your application to join the ConnecThrive Professionals Network is approved, your "Coach / Mentor / Trainer Panel" is opened and a platform usage guide is shared with you.
Through the panel you can:
- Add your coaching, mentoring, training and consulting services to the system,
- Create the content scope for each service,
- Define the service model type (synchronous / asynchronous / hybrid),
- Set details such as duration, method, target audience, outcomes and pricing for your program.
Can organizations register as well?
Yes. Organizations can also register on the platform as both "Service Receivers" and "Service Providers" and benefit from ConnecThrive’s services and digital solutions.
Is a pre-session meeting mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory; however, it is recommended to build trust, ensure the right match and clarify the service receiver’s needs.
The purpose of the introductory meeting is to:
- Understand the service receiver’s expectations,
- Determine whether the service is suitable for them,
- Clear up questions and create a basis for working together,
- Start the development journey effectively.
The length of the introductory meeting is entirely up to you.
How do I schedule synchronous sessions / meetings?
The notification for the purchased service is sent to you automatically. After receiving the purchase notification, you must contact the service receiver within 2 business days at the latest.
You can plan the sessions / meetings together with the service receiver through the platform’s digital tools, track them in the "My Calendar" section and keep a record of the progress.
How do I run synchronous sessions / meetings?
Sessions / meetings can be conducted through an online video-conferencing tool chosen by the professional or agreed jointly by the professional and the service receiver (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.), or at a physical address.
- The platform is integrated with Google Meet and Zoom. Online sessions / meetings can be run directly through Google Meet and Zoom via the platform’s digital solutions.
The place / method of the synchronous service is shown in the program information provided by the professional, or can be clarified through direct communication.
How do I manage my calendar?
On ConnecThrive, you can manage your calendar flexibly according to the type of service you offer:

You can set the date and time of the program yourself and add that information to the details area of the program you are offering for sale.

For synchronous programs without a listed date, you can determine the dates of the services to be offered to organizations by discussing shared availability with the relevant organization representatives.

How do I create hybrid programs?
In a hybrid model, you can combine live sessions and digital content in the same program. This model delivers an integrated learning experience by bringing together live sessions + workshops + videos + documents + assignments + exams.

How do I manage communication with participants?
Through the in-platform messaging feature or the contact details of the service receivers, you can:
- Answer questions,
- Plan an introductory meeting,
- Clarify program details,
and provide recommendations and / or feedback for the development process.
How can I see the satisfaction level of service receivers?
Service receivers can objectively rate the program and / or the professional providing the service through the platform and leave comments.
You can view the ratings and comments through the platform.
You can also gain detailed insights using the Coaching / Mentoring / Training Process Evaluation Survey that can be added to the end of programs.
What should I do if a service receiver behaves inappropriately?
You can report the situation to us and request that the process be reviewed.
How do I track process, activity and performance?
By clicking the "My Dashboard" button in the "Client / Mentee / Participant" and "Coach / Mentor / Trainer" panels in your profile, you can access detailed data about both the services you provide and the services you receive.
Can I also benefit from the services offered on the platform?
Yes, you can use your platform account as both a "Service Provider" and a "Service Receiver".
In your profile, the "Client / Mentee / Participant" panel is used for the services you receive, while the "Coach / Mentor / Trainer" panel is used for the services you provide.
FEES & PAYMENT
How are service prices determined?
Only the Service Provider has the authority to determine the program price.
ConnecThrive does not interfere with pricing policy; it may only make recommendations from time to time.
How and when do I get paid?
As consideration for the intermediary service arising from the sale of services, ConnecThrive charges a 30% intermediary service fee on the service amount excluding VAT.
Payouts are made after the service is completed, the sales amount is transferred to the platform account via the payment provider, the 48-hour objection period has expired, and the necessary invoicing steps are completed.
Do I need to issue an invoice?
Invoicing for the Service Receiver is handled by ConnecThrive.
To receive your payout, you need to issue the relevant invoice to ConnecThrive or, where required, complete the expense note process.

Both service receivers and professionals can make objective evaluations after each session or program. This feedback helps:

Gamification
Users earn points (ThriveCoin) from platform activity. The ThriveCoins earned can be used for program purchases, seasonal campaigns and special benefits.
This system increases user motivation and makes the process more interactive.
